ORDERS:
1.To make an order, please, use the instruments on this web site: catalogue, shopping cart, checkout.
2. After confirming the order and accepting all the terms of the sale, we will send by e-mail a notification containing a summary of the data recording and billing of products ordered on the site.
3. The goods will be shipped as soon as we receive the payment (in the case of bank transfer) and there will be no additional costs of delivery.
PRICES:
4. Prices indicated on our price lists are already inclusive of delivery charges, are not binding, therefore we reserve the right to modify them before accepting the order. Even after the confirm of the order and until the date of delivery of the material, it will be entitled to have price changes for occurring increases in costs of raw materials, labor, fuel, cost of production etc. In that case, we will make every effort to communicate the extent of the increase by registered letter and the buyer has the faculty to terminate the contract by written notice that must be sent within 3 days of receipt of Our notice.
5. All payments must be made within the period specified in the order confirmation. After the expiration of the term of payment a it will become effective an extra 3% default interest, in addition to the discount rate. Failure to comply with the contractual terms will provide the right to suspend the order without any notice required.
DELIVERIES:
6. The terms of delivery, indicated in the order confirmation, are purely indicative. Any delay in delivery, disruption or total or partial suspension of supplies shall not be entitled to compensation or damages. However, after an appropriate period, the purchaser will have the right to terminate the contract with the repayment of the amount advanced.
7. In case of strikes and lockouts, a missed or reduced supply of raw materials, difficulty of transport, wars, insurrection, interruption of communications, layoffs, plant breakdowns, and any other unforeseeable event, we will reserve the right to suspend shipments and also to cancel the orders. In these cases, the purchaser will not have the right to apply for compensation or damages received.
8. The material is considered sold with retention of title, so it will remain our property until the effected payment of the price.
RETURNS:
9. Products purchased and photographed may vary in tone of colour compared to the reproduction of the picture in the website. Therefore we do not accept claims for the characteristics mentioned above.
10. Any claim must be received by registered letter NO LATER THAN 10 days from the date of reception of the goods. For no reason the buyer can return the material without our expressed written permission.
OTHER:
11. For any controversy or dispute the competence will be exclusive under the Court of Rovigo jurisdiction.
